General Conference

At the General Conference, which meets in the last week of January every year, countries exchange the internship quotas they have, and thus the nomination process begins. The admission of non-member countries to the organization and the approval of their memberships also take place during this conference.

Board of Directors

Responsible for the functioning of the association and obliged to ensure the follow-up of the decisions taken at the General Conference. It is a team of 5 people consisting of a President and 4 members.

National Committees

Each country is represented by a National Committee, and these committees represent the interests of their respective country's academic, industrial, and student stakeholders. National committees are responsible for the execution of the IAESTE exchange program.

Local Committees

Local committees represent the interests of the national committee within the country and are generally run by volunteer students and academics at universities.
