Forms for Candidate Students Eligible to Apply

Forms for Students Who Are Accepted / Entitled to Go
The acceptance document (Acceptance Note/N5a) sent by each country to the accepted student may vary. First, the student must pay attention to whether there are places that need to be signed in the documents sent to them.
Additional documents that must be sent:
1- Arrival Information: Must be filled out on the computer and signed by the student. Additionally, the "Arrival Information" part must be transmitted to the relevant country via iaeste.net. For this reason, every student going must have a registration on the Exchange Platform and must have received their acceptance documents through the said portal as well.
2- Passport: Students who do not have a passport during the application should apply for a passport as soon as possible after receiving acceptance and transmit the information. Students whose passport validity date is not sufficient for the internship must strictly inform if they have obtained a new passport!
3- Travel Health Insurance: Students going abroad must have illness and sudden accident insurance during their internship and must specify the policy information in the "Arrival Note" form. Only students accepted for an internship in Germany do not need to take out additional travel health insurance, as they will be considered insured by DAAD.
4- IAESTE Fee Receipt: Accepted students can receive their documents from their representatives in exchange for presenting the fee receipt. Information regarding payment is notified to students through representatives.
5- Letter of Commitment Must be signed by both the representative and the student. The reference part can be signed by any elder family member or an academician who knows the student.
